What does A$249 cover?
A limited-scope, point-in-time review of one agreed Microsoft 365 tenant against an 18-control checklist. A$249 is the total price for that standard scoped service, including GST if applicable. Additional work needs a separate quote and your agreement.
Will you change our Microsoft 365 settings?
No. This is a read-only assessment. Configuration changes and ongoing support require a separate engagement.
Do we need to share administrator passwords?
No. Do not email passwords, recovery codes, access tokens or confidential tenant exports. We first agree on scope, authority and a secure evidence-collection method.
Does the review guarantee security or compliance?
No. It is an evidence-based, point-in-time review, not penetration testing, certification, an audit opinion or a guarantee against cyber incidents.
What if our licence excludes some controls?
We document licensing limitations. A feature unavailable under your subscription is not automatically classified as a failed security control.
When is the report ready?
The target is two business days after agreed evidence is complete and scheduling is confirmed. We verify delivery expectations before accepting the engagement.
Can I book a technical consultation?
Start with an enquiry and request a preferred time. An appointment is confirmed only after we check availability and reply with confirmed details.

This review is not penetration testing, a full security audit, a guarantee or an independent certification of ACSC, ISO 27001 or other standards. Findings depend on the evidence supplied.
Remediation, ongoing monitoring, additional licences and settings changes require a separate agreement. Our enquiry mailbox is for initial questions, not confidential tenant data.
